I have been training with Rachel for about 4 years. She is by far the most encouraging and supportive coach I have ever had. I have worked with her in both group classes and one-on-one sessions. Prior to training with Rachel, I had done cardio for years, but I knew nothing about weightlifting. She has been very thorough with helping me to establish proper form in all my lifting. She has created my love of CrossFit.
Rachel is highly skilled at modifying workouts to meet the needs of her athletes. Rachel makes everyone feel welcome and undoubtedly capable of completing the day’s workout. She is very good at helping athletes work though injuries and other issues. She was extremely helpful during my pregnancy. I was able to continue doing CrossFit workouts throughout my pregnancy thanks to her tips on how to modify movements to make them safe for me and for my baby.
Rachel is a wonderful coach and a great person. I truly look forward to being a part of the community at Amnesty CrossFit!
