  • Ricky Harvey

    Ricky Harvey is passionate about leading a healthy, active life and helping others discover a level of fitness beyond their own expectations. He started weightlifting at age 13 and possesses two decades of hands on experience. After many years of powerlifting, he was introduced to CrossFit by his wife, Rachel, which ignited his passion for the CrossFit methodology. Once Rachel became a coach, it made sense for him to follow in her footsteps, as he realized his passion for helping those around him. Ricky specializes in powerlifting and gymnastic movements and is determined to build a culture of integrity and camaraderie in his gym. He excels at meeting his athletes at their current level, and assisting them in achieving their goals. His favorite quote is “The only thing necessary for evil to triumph, is for good men to do nothing.” – Edmond Burke

  • Rachel Harvey

    Rachel Harvey is a teacher by nature who considers it an honor to serve her athletes. “I love watching them shatter their own expectations on what they are capable of and realizing that their ‘dreams’ can truly become a goal,” she says. “Witnessing athletes Successfully complete their own goals far exceeds meeting a goal of my own!”

    Rachel has been a competitive horseback rider, personal trainer, and a certified Spanish teacher who changed her whole life when she discovered CrossFit. Her educational background enables her to teach and coach on a different level than many only experienced in the fitness realm. “I am passionate about using CrossFit to spark a change that extends FAR beyond the walls of our gym,” she says. “When our athletes believe they are capable of accomplishing physical goals, they begin to realize that goals OUTSIDE of the gym are also possible.” Rachel is passionate about ensuring that her athletes are able to apply everything they are taught in a safe and effective manner, which allows you to concentrate on meeting your personal goals.

  • Chrissy Dean

    Chrissy Dean specializes in high-intensity interval training. As a group fitness instructor, she has chosen not to specialize in one particular mode because she truly enjoys all things fitness. “I LOVE learning something new and mastering it,” she says. Chrissy found CrossFit by following the athletes in the Games, and she fell in love with the sport. “I love that there is always something new to work at, and progress is never complete.”

    “I am a very upbeat, happy person,” she says. “I have learned that happiness is a choice, and I am eager to spread positivity to all that I come in contact with! And I seriously LOVE Burpees!”
